The mission of Community Health Foundation of Greater Petaluma is to raise, manage and disburse funds in support of efforts to promote health and wellness in the Petaluma community and its surrounding areas. Our goal is to promote meaningful philanthropic giving by individuals, families and local businesses to enhance quality of life. Since our inception in 1975, CHF and its donors have awarded $4 million in grants and scholarships in response to community needs and opportunities.
